Recycle for Charity project is a community based volunteer driven project that depends on individual voluntary effort to collect recyclable materials and pass it on to recycling companies in exchange for a financial donations for the benefit of well deserved local charities:

- Al-Manzil (www.manzil.ae)

- Dubai Autism Center (www.dubaiautismcenter.ae)

Anyone interested in supporting this project “hands on” can do so quite easily. Simply continuously collect recyclable products (items are listed below) that you might find in your office, homes or building and make the extra effort of dropping it off to the below collection point. Recycling by Individuals:

- Assign a few Paper collection boxes around your office only for collecting used office paper and other recyclables and encourage your colleges to use them, whenever you have a trunk load drop it off at the collection point at your convenience

- Make a deal with your regular restaurant, café or bar to collect their empty cans for you and once a week take it to the collection point

Recycling by organizations:

- Recycling companies can not go on collection trips unless they are expecting to collect large amounts of recyclable materials otherwise it is not financially feasible for them

- If you work in an industrial company or a large office that produces large amounts of paper or cardboard waste, try collecting and storing 500 kg’s (minimum) of waste and we will arrange for the recycling company to come and pick it up from your company directly, if you constantly produce such amounts we can install a collection center at you facility and arrange for a scheduled pick-ups

- Schools, office buildings and free zones are perfect environments for organizing a consisting recycling initiatives if you think you can help with convincing the management of such organization to participate please let us know, we can provide indoor and out door collection bins and arrange for scheduled pick ups

- many companies archive their documents but eventually they all get outdated, check if your company has anything like that as it can be easily collected

- Plastic bottles

- Aluminum cans (please keep the cans in seperate plastic bags)
