Shelter is a flexible and free community workspace. We provide an open office infrastructure aimed at nurturing entrepreneurship in Dubai. As an intellectual haven, Shelter offers the ideal environment in which to convert social interaction into successful businesses.

Each month, Shelter hosts free community events addressing issues of significance to the region. Topics include: online business, fashion and retail, food and farming, social entrepreneurship and more. The events range from panel discussions to simulations, all aimed at informing and inspiring the community.

Hosting an Event

Interested in bringing your event to the Shelter? We offer a full range of event-hosting services, including promotion of your event to the Shelter community. Educational and community events are hosted free of charge. To apply to host an event with us, Click here
Corporate Events

Shelter Dubai provides a unique space for corporate events, offering a space that is a leap away from the ordinary office meeting room. The space is available for product launches, fashion shoots, employee trainings, and much more. Email tugce@shelter.ae to find out what we have to offer your company.

Space

Shelter is a barn inside a warehouse. Its innovative structure has been designed to provide an environment that enables an exchange of ideas. Free access means that anyone is welcome to use the space on a regular basis. It is a space where the community can come together to meet, plan, work and grow. Stay up to date with the latest arts and cultural magazines, available for purchase through the cafe.

Library

Shelter offers an extensive collection of books and magazines on subjects ranging from art and architecture to culture, travel and business. This body of reference texts serves as a guide and as inspiration for the Shelter community. You are welcome to check out our library during when you come to visit. Stay up to date with the latest arts and cultural magazines, available for purchase through the cafe.

Cafe

The Shelter cafe serves locally roasted RAW Coffee and espresso, made to order. Let our baristas keep you fueled through the work day with your preferred drink. The latest arts and cultural magazines are available for purchase through the cafe as well.
